The Law Firm provides comprehensive services to business entities, including creation of a business entity, legal support of an existing entity in its current affairs and termination of a given entity\u2019s legal existence.<\/p>\n

The services include, among others:<\/p>\n

  • drawing up draft company agreements and articles of association as well as appendices to company agreements and articles of association,<\/li>\n
  • representing companies in registration procedure (KRS),<\/li>\n
  • drawing up draft resolutions, minutes of meetings of commercial partnerships and companies\u2019 bodies, including management boards, supervisory boards, shareholders\u2019 meetings,<\/li>\n
  • ongoing legal advice related to business activities,<\/li>\n
  • drawing up and giving opinions on economic contracts, drawing up annexes to such contracts having regard to the Client\u2019s best interest and their compliance with the law,<\/li>\n
  • negotiating with counterparties of business entities,<\/li>\n
  • representing a Client in any court, administrative and out-of-court proceedings,<\/li>\n
  • representing a Client in debt collection\/recovery and in execution proceedings,<\/li>\n
  • counselling and drawing up labour law documentation,<\/li>\n
