The Law Firm provides regular, corporate legal services to commercial partnerships and companies, including in particular in the following matters:

  • drawing up draft company agreements and articles of association as well as appendices to company agreements and articles of association,
  • representing companies in registration procedure (KRS),
  • keeping corporate documentation,
  • drawing up draft resolutions, minutes of shareholders’ meetings,
  • litigation concerning claims resulting from holding shares in a company – representation of shareholders as well as commercial partnerships and companies, including matters concerning:
    • payment of capital share,
    • expulsion of a partner,
    • acquisition of assets and liabilities of a company / partnership,
    • winding-up of a company/partnership.
