She joined the Firm in 2013. Her specializations are civil, economic and commercial law. She has experience in day-to-day servicing of business entities and she conducts due diligence of real estate and commercial law companies. She participates in investment and construction processes negotiating contracts, as well as giving opinions and crating draft agreements. Her professional interests include, in particular, real estate law issues, including real estate trading.
