Specialist in the field of law related to real estate trading and construction law. He conducts due diligence of real estate as well as legal audits of companies. He conducts affairs regarding claims in respect of concluded construction contracts, prepares and provides opinions on real estate sale contracts related to commercial and residential investments, and also prepares and gives opinions on agreements for commercial tenancy and lease of real estates.

He represents and secures interests of Clients in commercial transactions on the domestic market and outside Poland, especially in Bulgaria. He provides legal services to companies operating in such areas of the economy as commercial investments, development investments, infrastructure investments, construction investments conducted by local authorities with the use of European funds.

He supervises investment and construction processes carried out by private investors, cooperates with Polish and foreign food, commercial and service networks, as well as with domestic and foreign investment funds.

He provides legal services in the field of comprehensive legal services for local government units, with taking into account the specificity of a given office. Due to the specificity of the work of a particular office, he adjusts the service format to a given entity. Many years of practice in the above-mentioned scope allows to provide legal services for communes, county offices, municipal companies, budgetary units and offices. Knowledge and experience in the field of administrative law, public procurement, real estate management and environmental protection law allows to support local governments in creating and complying with local law.

He possesses over 25 years of professional experience, which he has also gained abroad, running a law firm in Bulgaria (Sofia) within 2006-2011, and cooperating with many foreign entities in Poland and abroad. In addition, he has been providing investment and legal advice in countries such as Bulgaria and now Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia since 2006.

He maintains business and economic relations with foreign entrepreneurs in the Balkan countries, in particular from Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, and he also cooperates with foreign law and tax offices, in particular with lawyers from Bulgaria conducting activities in Sofia.

He possesses experience in the legislative process in the scope of drafting bills as well as issuing opinions on draft normative acts. From 2015 to 2018 in the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, he led and supervised as an expert and legal advisor numerous works on draft laws and regulations for the Parliamentary Club of the party “Nowoczesna”.

From 2018 until now, he has been advising as an expert – legal advisor to numerous Local Authorities in Wielkopolska.
