Graduate of Law of Sofia University (Bulgaria). She also graduated the European Union Law Course at the Dutch University of Leiden, attended the London School of Economics and Political Science gaining knowledge in Commercial Law.

She is currently working as a lawyer – partner of a law firm in Sofia.

She has been working with lawyer Michał Michajłow for several years on commercial and commercial real estate investments in Bulgaria. Together with foreign investment funds they have conducted multi-million dollar real estate transactions.

She has extensive experience in commercial, IT and real estate law, as well as in connection with equity investments and cross-border mergers.
