A graduate of law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. She defended her master’s thesis at the Administrative Law Unit in the field of construction law

In the Law Firm, she draws up applications to relevant public administration bodies and other institutions in the course of legal audits. She performs legal analysis of documentation during due diligence of real estate.

In addition, she prepares and analyzes in detail legal issues from the point of view of case-law of the Supreme Court and the administrative courts, with particular consideration of rulings of the Supreme Administrative Court, as well as doctrine. She prepares pleadings and legal opinions with the participation and cooperation of Law Firm’s advocates and legal advisors, in particular Michał Michajłow. She belongs to a legal team that conducts legal audits of real estate.

Ms. Helena Szymańska is also engaged in providing legal support to economic entities and conducting litigation by developing draft letters and legal information.

Her professional interests focus on construction law and real estate law.
