The Law Firm provides comprehensive services to business entities, including creation of a business entity, legal support of an existing entity in its current affairs and termination of a given entity’s legal existence.
The services include, among others:
- drawing up draft company agreements and articles of association as well as appendices to company agreements and articles of association,
- representing companies in registration procedure (KRS),
- drawing up draft resolutions, minutes of meetings of commercial partnerships and companies’ bodies, including management boards, supervisory boards, shareholders’ meetings,
- ongoing legal advice related to business activities,
- drawing up and giving opinions on economic contracts, drawing up annexes to such contracts having regard to the Client’s best interest and their compliance with the law,
- negotiating with counterparties of business entities,
- representing a Client in any court, administrative and out-of-court proceedings,
- representing a Client in debt collection/recovery and in execution proceedings,
- counselling and drawing up labour law documentation,
- representation and legal assistance with regard to economic crime.
