  • litigation concerning claims resulting from holding shares in a company – representation of shareholders as well as commercial partnerships and companies, including matters concerning, i.e.:
    • payment of capital share
    • expulsion of a partner
    • acquisition of assets and liabilities of a company / partnership
    • winding-up of a company/partnership
  • representation of companies and other entities (associations, foundations) in registration procedure (KRS),
  • keeping corporate documentation,
  • drawing up draft resolutions, minutes of shareholders’ meetings,
  • drawing up drafts and analysis of economic contracts (building contracts, contracts with architects, specific task contracts, mandate contracts, real estate sale contracts, investment
  • contracts, storage contracts, broking, economic insurance contracts),
  • copyright protection.
